Nothing here happens without an explanation first.
If a dental visit makes you tense, start here. HPA Dental Clinic listens first, explains what's found in plain words and gives you time to decide before anything moves forward.

01 · Arrive
Come in exactly as you are.
You don't need the right words for it. Just point to what's bothering you.

02 · Get assessed
Checked thoroughly, never rushed.
Your dentist checks what needs checking, working through it steadily rather than rushing. If a step feels like too much, say so and the pace changes with you.

03 · Understand it
Hear it back in plain words.
Understanding comes before any decision gets made.
What was found, what can wait and what's worth acting on now, laid out without jargon, so you leave knowing exactly where things stand before you've even reached the door.

04 · Have it treated
Told what's happening, before it happens.
Each step gets a heads-up before it starts, so nothing feels sudden once you're in the chair. If something needs adjusting, whether that's pace, pressure or a short break, it gets adjusted.

05 · Look after it
Leave with a plan, not just an appointment.
A clear next step matters more than a rushed goodbye.
You'll know what to expect over the next few days and what's worth calling about if something feels off. If a follow-up makes sense, it's explained plainly, with a reason attached.
Treatments explained without the jargon.
An assessment comes before any treatment is planned. Your dentist sets out what they can see, works through the options that apply to you and gives you time to decide before anything is booked. If a treatment is not suitable, the reasoning is explained and another path is discussed.
Before you come in
Ask the question you've been putting off.
Cost, pain and timing are all fair to ask about. Nobody here expects you to sit quietly with the worry instead.
How do I book an appointment?
You can book by phone, WhatsApp or through the website. Let the team know what you would like to be seen for, and they will suggest a suitable appointment type and time.
What happens at my first visit?
Your first visit is usually an assessment. The dentist reviews your teeth, gums and any concerns you raise, then explains the findings before recommending next steps. Treatment does not usually start on the same visit unless it is urgent.
Will I know the cost before treatment begins?
Yes. Fees are discussed before treatment starts, so there are no surprises. Where a plan involves several steps, the clinic can set out the sequence and an estimated cost in writing for you to review before deciding.
Do you see children?
Children can be seen from their first tooth, with appointments paced to their age and comfort.
I feel nervous about visiting the dentist. What can I do?
Let the team know when you book. The dentist can explain each step before it happens, agree on a pause signal with you and begin with a conversation rather than treatment if that feels more comfortable.
Can I get a copy of my records or X-rays?
Copies of your records and X-rays can be requested at any time, for your own reference or to share with another healthcare provider. They belong to you as much as to the clinic.
